30 Mile/45 Mile option pretty flat, with options in between as the route will have a few “Long Route” options, so all will arrive at the refreshment stop at same time.

I will ride at the rear with a bag of tools, “ try get you home bag”, but bring your own basic items like a spare tube and chain link.
