About us
Velo Downs are a Cycling UK affilated group. Sorry we have no further information yet about this group.
Information about the group rides
Rides are between 40 and 50 Km with a refreshment stop half way.
Rides are not races, rides are social. Suggest having rear and front lights on your bicycle at all times, as some of the rides will go through tree-covered roads. No sag wagon, so rely on friends, other cyclists and your own knowledge to get home. We will do everything possible to get you back to start. Carry a spare tube.
If we not doing away (On Tour) we meet at
Dagley Ln Shalford Guildford GU48DB outside the Scout Hall. Parking available (careful low barrier). Also parking available at Shalford station (Pay for day).
