Ride to Hastings and Battle in East Sussex

On Sunday 14 August, we will depart at 10.05 from Brighton train station for Hampden Park (10.42) and ride to Hastings and Battle in East Sussex where we'll have a picnic lunch or go to one of the cafés in the town centre. We'll return via Polegate train station.

If you plan to come on any of our rides, please make sure your cycle is in a roadworthy condition. Bring a puncture repair kit and/or spare inner tube as appropriate, essential tools, a mobile phone if you have one, snacks and water, sunscreen and/or waterproofs depending on the weather. Please follow Cycling UK's Covid guidance, and check with the ride leader about the distance and hilliness of the ride. Please be prepared to give the ride leader a contact number at the start of the ride.
