THE JO COX WAY 2022 Day Four: Milton Keynes to Uxbridge
Event description
The Jo Cox Way is a five-day, 280-mile bike ride in memory of Jo Cox MP, returning for its 6th year to celebrate Jo’s life, her beliefs and all the good work that goes on in communities up and down the UK.
Over seventy cyclists will be setting off on Wednesday 27 July in West Yorkshire and riding to London, finishing at the Flat Iron Square, London on Sunday 31 July.
Please come and jump on a bike and pedal alongside us for part of the route and show your support by cheering the cyclists on their way.
The route has been broken into manageable day sections, join in the fun and celebrate group cycling.

Departing Milton Keynes we head south east initially, just north of Little Brickhill we start to head south west and continue in this direction, through Soulbury, Whitchurch until we arrive at Lower Winchendon. Our path now turns south west and we pass the stunningly constructed St Peters Chapel in Owlswick. At Princes Risborough in Brush Hill Nature Reserve we have the big climb of the day on the Chilterns Cycleway. The route now drops height dramatically and we whizz along to Chalfont St Giles. Our entry into Uxbridge is from the north east after we pass via Denham our destination, the welcome sight of Brunel University Campus.
Day riders will need to make their own arrangements to get home.
