Today the Jo Cox Way navigates along relaxing routes from Leicestershire to Buckinghamshire. just 2100ft of total ascent and just slightly more decent. After a very fine breakfast to fuel our 76 miles, we leave Market Bosworth and head south east on peaceful country lanes, passing through Kirkby Mallory, Skim north of Earl Shilton. Just after Ashby Parva we head due east and pick up Sustrans route 50 at Gilmorton and turn south. We now deviate from previous years and start to explore new terrains. The chilled riding continues through after our lunch stop at Brixworth. A careful and quiet route is threaded between Northampton and Wellingborough to Castle Ashby. We head south, through Astwood and on toward Cranfield, where we skim the University and head westward to Milton Keynes A shorter route into MK gets us to out super stop for today and rest at Kents Hill Park Conference Centre.
Day riders will need to make their own arrangements to get home.
