Rides specifically designed for disabled people
About us
Spokes for Folks is a Cycling UK affiliated community group.
Our objectives are to:
a) Provide sociable assisted trike or adapted bike rides -
piloted by a pool of trained volunteers - for the elderly or
those with limited mobility wherever they live.
b) Collaborate with other organisations to break down
barriers of social isolation and disability access by
delivering these rides.
c) Promote the use of green spaces and intergenerational
work for the physical and mental wellbeing of our
community.
