Event description
A pleasant and educating bicycle led ride to celebrate Bike Week 2022.
Starting at the Willenhall Memorial Park, Pinson Road, Wv13-2pw.
A bit of road cycling involved to reach the Walsall Canal Towpath in Owen Road.
Once on the canal towpath, we follow the towpath right through to the Crown Wharf Walsall.
With many attractions, including the abundant wild birds, this ride will uplift your soul.
Many opportunity's to pose for the camera or just to capture the canal side wall art.
A massive memorial to John Edward Gray, a famous 19th century zoologist who identified 100's of new animal species throughout his career, wel worth taking a look at.
So, if you can, why not come and join us on Thursday and celebrate 'Bike Week'.
Proffered bicycles are, mountain bicycle/hybrid with off road tyres.
