Shorter evening ride to Devil's Dyke and Ditchling Beacon

On Wednesday 17th July, we're meeting at Preston Manor at 7 pm for a ride taking in both Devil's Dyke and Ditchling Beacon. Please note, this includes sections on grassy/stony tracks, so it may not be suitable for thin tyres. This will be a ride at a leisurely pace. Please bring lights.

If the weather is poor, the ride may be cancelled. If weather is doubtful, you can contact the organiser to check whether the ride is going ahead. The phone number is on this page. 

If you come on any of our rides, please make sure your cycle is in a roadworthy condition. Bring a puncture repair kit, spare inner tube (or as appropriate for tubeless tyres), essential tools, a mobile phone if you have one, snacks and enough to drink, sunscreen/waterproofs/warm clothing as appropriate. Please follow Cycling UK guidance, and check with the ride leader about the distance and hilliness of the ride if you are unsure. Please be prepared to give contact numbers at the start of a ride.
