Off Road Ride

The route will depend on the weather and ground conditions.

The planned route is for a ride from Great Wymondley around Hitchin, via Letchworth Greenway, Ickleford, Pirton and the Icknield Way, and skirting the edge of Luton. Back via Great Offley, Charlton, and St Ippolyts. Approximately 25 miles with the possibility of a stop at The Barn, Offley Hoo if needed. Plenty of climbing - approx 400m. But some good downhills. 

Trails are drying out so should be rideable on a gravel bike, but also good on a mountain bike. Some trails are quite rough so decent (intermediate) bike handling skills required.

Bring water and snacks.

Maximum 8 total riders.
