Flow MTB Social Ride, Woburn/Aspley Woods

Guided MTB ride around the Longslade MTB Trail at Woburn/Aspley Woods, Bedfordshire, MK17 8TS.

The Longsdale trail is a red graded 10km route. The route consists of a mix of singletrack, berms and corners, exposed-root sections, short but stiff climbs, technical descents and the odd (roll able) drop-off. There’s enough on the trail to challenge every level of rider. 

Meet at 1.45pm for a 2pm start at the Church Road car park, Woburn Sands, MK17 8TS. Parking is free but you’ll need £5 for a day pass. 

Pace will be as fast as the slowest rider to allow for all levels of ability, no one will get left behind.
