Family Fun Ride to Chester Zoo
Event description
A family-orientated ride from the centre of Chester to the zoo on quiet(ish) roads through Upton. After a short break at the zoo's Nature Park we will return on the traffic-free canal towpath. The route is virtually flat and you will be accompanied by marshalls from Chester Cycling Campaign.
Those wishing to visit the zoo can get a 15% discount off cost of entry as you arrived by bicycle (see www.chesterzoo.org/plan-your-visit/getting-here/travelling-by-foot-or-b…). Note that marshalls will NOT wait for those visiting the zoo but the return to Chester is traffic-free.
