Cycle Colchester stall at Young Children's Festival

Cycle Colchester will be back at this year's Colchester Young Children's Festival in Castle Park, with information about family cycling in Colchester. Come and have a chat - and pedal a free smoothie with Pulp Friction, our cycle-powered smoothie maker! Our friends from Colchester Bike Kitchen will be offering free Dr Bike checks and minor adjustments on children's bikes only - and please remember to walk your bike as cycling isn't allowed in the upper park. We'll also have details of three partner projects:

• Sustrans community-led street design project to reduce congestion around the schools in Winstree Road, Stanway
• Cycling UK's new community bike club project in Colchester
• Colchester Orbital - a 14 mile circular walk/cycle route around the periphery of the town, taking advantage of and connecting some of its loveliest green spaces and off-road pathway networks
