Trudy has worked in major events for over 25 years. In 2008, she led the Event Operations team for the 2010 UCI Road World Championships in Geelong, Australia, followed by the 2012 UCI Track Worlds and then the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race. In 2020 she was appointed CEO of the 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships - the biggest cycling event to ever take place across the world - that will be held in Glasgow and across Scotland.
