Paul Baker lives in Aylsham, Norfolk, and has been a trustee since 2019.

He is now retired, having been a TV producer, making documentary and current affairs programmes at the BBC, and has held several leadership roles in the organisation.

He has been a regular cyclist since he was a child and cycles now for fun, fitness and as a means of transport. He enjoys touring, off-road touring, mountain biking and road cycling.
