Molly started racing at the age of 16, later moved to Belgium and turned professional. After racing all over the world at the highest level, she had to retire unexpectedly in 2018 due to a severe crash, suffering serious injuries to her back and neck and deteriorating mental health. She’s shown an incredible drive to overcome adversity and mental challenges and return to cycling.
