Lucy works for Sustrans promoting cycling in schools and community groups in Brighton and Hove; she says is especially interesting in closing the gender gap and getting more girls and women riding. To this end she helped set up an award-winning project to support women and children escaping domestic violence in Brighton, supplying bikes and training. She recently had a baby and shares her experiences of cycling during and after pregnancy.
