Kadeena Cox OBE
Paralympic and world champion in track cycling
Kadeena Cox is a three-time paralympic champion and two-time world champion in track cycling. At the 2016 Rio Paralympics she became the first British Paralympian for 32 years to win medals in two different sports. One of only two black athletes in the 2020 GB Olympic and Paralympic cycling teams, she aims to inspire future generations by showing the sport is not just for “white, middle-class males”. Aside from her sporting achievements she inspires others by speaking openly about the challenges of living with multiple sclerosis and being affected by sporting injuries and an eating disorder.
