Jo Lankester found her passion for cycling after a cycle ride to Paris in 2016. Since then, as a ride leader and committee member of the Cowley Road Condors she inspires and empower others and likes to challenge outdated views on what makes a cyclist.
"I’m lucky to be surrounded by incredible and inspiring women from my club the Cowley Road Condors, and with them have setup women-specific courses, introductions to bikepacking and adventuring, and Outspoken, an event celebrating women’s voices in cycling."
