Jackie, aged 60, is the unofficial matriarch of club V-Sprint. Affectionately known as 'the punisher', she's always supporting others to ride out of their comfort zone; you'll often find her giving sweets to those struggling. She's hosted Couch to 50km courses which have encouraged new members.

Earlier this year she was one of two women to cycle the Tour de France a week ahead of the pros, raising around £35k for charity.
