As well as supporting Women in Tandem, a bicycle collective in Nottingham, Charlotte is one half of Shiftr magazine.

Shiftr tells real stories by real cyclists, and promotes those having adventures by bike, regardless of obstacles. They also run events and will soon host an inaugural film night to bring people together and break down barriers.
