When Anis Ahmed realised there weren’t many women to cycle with, she turned her challenge into an opportunity, starting her own cycling community. Five years later, her women-only cycling group in Hayes has flourished, now boasting over 150 members from diverse backgrounds.
Through her passion, vision, and leadership, Anis has built a supportive space where women can thrive. With her British Cycling Ride Leader and Coach qualifications, plus backing from Hillingdon Council, she’s secured funding for bikes and training. Anis is helping women embrace the joy of cycling and achieve their dreams.
