Michelle Arthurs-Brennan
Michelle cut her teeth on the local newspaper circuit, but is now more well known for her insightful articles online and print for one of the UK's longest running and best loved magazines, Cycling Weekly.
Before working at Cycling Weekly, she was editor at Total Women's Cycling. The multi-media journalist is passionate about sharing the stories of inspirational women in cycling, ideally with the added bonus of motivating those just starting out on their journey on the bike.
Michelle said: "Every pedal stroke I've put through the bike has paid me back dividends: increased confidence, the belief to question self-imposed boundaries, friendship, motivation and inspiration. Bike riding might make me tired occasionally but it's also my energy source."

In 2016 she hosted the Total Women's Cycling awards, recognising achievements of those doing great things to bolster the women's side of the sport, and in 2019 she spoke at the second Women in the Cycling Industry forum event.
Michelle is into racing bikes as well as writing about them. In 2018, she founded a women's race team to encourage female participation within her club, Norwood Paragon. In 2019, the team progressed to be a male and female development squad, named 1904RT after the founding year of the now Reigate based club.
