The Cycling UK AGM is members’ chance to find out all about what the charity has been up to, our plans for the future and to vote in some important resolutions

The 2025 Cycling UK AGM will take place on Friday 19 September 2025 at 11am and will run as a virtual meeting.

Registration and joining instructions to the virtual AGM will be provided with the ballot papers in the August/September issue of Cycle magazine.

We are now launching the call for motions. Details on the process for proposing motions, as well as the criteria against which motions will be reviewed, are outlined in the Motion Process document.

To propose a motion please download and complete the Proposed Motions template and submit by 9am on Wednesday 16 April 2025. A maximum of two motions per member are permitted.

Members will be given the opportunity to vote on proposed resolutions when ballot papers are released in the August/September issue of Cycle magazine.
