Cycling UK AGM 2024

The 2024 Cycling UK AGM will take place on Friday 27 September 2024 at 11am and will run as a virtual meeting.

Registration has now closed. Further joining instructions will be provided in advance of the virtual meeting to all members who have registered to attend.

The deadline for electronic and postal votes has passed. Online voting will be reopened for attendees during the meeting on 27 September.

The ballot paper provides full details of the meeting agenda and the proposed resolutions. The ballot paper will have arrived by post with your August/September issue of Cycle magazine and will be posted separately to those members who have opted out of receiving the magazine.

The ballot paper is accompanied by a booklet containing some additional information, which we’re legally required to provide you with in hard copy alongside the agenda. This can also be found in the downloads section below.

All proposed motions were considered by committee following the Motion Review Process and no motions ruled out of order this year. All motions received have gone forward on this year’s ballot paper.
