Leicestershire and Rutland CTC Touring Group: Notice of AGM 14th May

Dear Member,

You are cordially invited to attend the AGM of Leicestershire and Rutland CTC Touring Group on Saturday 14th May, at 1pm, at Congerstone Village Hall, 106 Main St, Congerstone Nuneaton CV13 6LZ. Basic catering of drinks and biscuits will be provided, but we would like attendees to ‘Bring and Share’ a savoury dish if possible, in order to make this a pleasant social occasion. Don’t worry if you can’t.

Please note that this may be the most important group AGM for many years, as motions will be considered as to whether the DA should continue to exist in it’s current form.

If you wish to propose a Motion for the AGM please let me have the details by e-mail by Sunday 8th May.

Finally, this will be my last event as Group Secretary. Anyone willing to take over the role, or to join the committee would be most welcome.
