Start at 9:30 from Mill Lane L12 - heading North to Broadway/Walton/Aintree (meeting people along the way) – ¾ mile ride on road at Seeds Lane L9 to reach Leeds-Liverpool Canal at Melling Road and then onward along canal path to Melling for food & drinks and good company - slow return ride by 13:00
