Ride to Staplefield in West Sussex

On Sunday 2nd February we're leaving promptly at 10.30 am from Caffè Nero  at 89A Church Rd, Hove BN3 2BA. 

Note for coffee drinkers: Please arrive by 10 am if you'd like to have coffee before we leave!

We're going to ride to Staplefield in West Sussex for lunch. Our bookable places at the Jolly Tanners pub are full, but there may be more capacity there or at the Victory Inn if you enquire. What is always on offer is the large village green with several benches, suitable for a picnic lunch. The weather is likely to be fine, but cold. 

If you plan to come on any of our rides, please make sure your cycle is in a roadworthy condition. Bring a puncture repair kit, spare inner tube (or as appropriate for tubeless tyres), essential tools, a mobile phone if you have one, snacks and enough to drink, waterproofs/warm clothing/sunscreen as appropriate. Don't forget your lights if you are cycling after dark. Please follow Cycling UK guidance, and check with the ride leader about the distance and hilliness of the ride if you are unsure.
