Easier paced with some off-road

Time: 09:50 for a prompt start at 10:00
Start/Finish: Farnham Maltings, Red Lion Lane, Farnham GU9 7QR.
Refreshments: Manor Farm Tea Room, Seale.
Return Time: We aim to be back at the Maltings between 13:00 and 13:30
Distance: About 15 miles.
Conditions: Mostly on road but a short section of unmade track.
Route: From Farnham Maltings up Green Lane to cross Shortheath Road and travel via Burnt Hill Road and Old Frensham Road towards the Frensham Garden Centre and Rural Life Centre. Through Tilford and down Charles Hill turning to the left on the Seale Road. Stop after 10 miles for Coffee at the Manor Farm Tea Room at Seale. Return through Runfold on cycle route 22. A short stretch of unmade track through Moor Park Farm and up a short but sharp hill to Old Compton Lane before returning to the Maltings after 15 miles.
