Ride leader and Breeze area coordinator for North & Mid Wales
As a cycle coach, mountain bike leader and Breeze champion, Alex empowers women with the skills to cycle and to support other women in their cycling journey. She has delivered more than 100 rides and skills coaching sessions for women in North Wales. Alex is Breeze area coordinator for North & Mid Wales, looking after more than 50 Breeze champions. Her highlights for 2023 include leading out the Tour of Britain and taking 40 Breeze women to ride the Tour de Mon sportive.
