Start of Summertime Special Challenge Ride 2018 120km

Cycling UK's Challenge Ride Series kicks off with the Start of Summertime Specials in Hertfordshire in late March when the clocks finally go forwards and we can finally enjoy some longer evenings and better weather. These rides are the perfect way to start the season with a gentle introduction on pretty but not especially challenging terrain and a wide variety of distances to choose from. 

This is a lovely ride through the beautiful scenery around Stevenage in Cambridgeshire, Essex and Hertfordshire, taking in some quintessential English views. Pass through picturesque villages, historic towns with interesting old buildings, vernacular architecture, rolling landscapes and gently undulating hillsides.
