Glamorous Women's Bike Ride

Join us for a celebration of Chester women taking to the streets on their bicycles.

A free event organised by, and for, women, the Glamorous Women’s Bike Ride provides a rare opportunity for the ladies of Chester (of any age) to show off how they can use their bicycles in style. (Children under 13 must be accompanied by a carer or guardian – any young person under 18 must have consent of parent/carer to take part)

Whilst lycra is not banned , we hope any women or girls taking part will dress in style to demonstrate that nice clothes do not prevent you from getting on two wheels and enjoying the freedom of carbon free pedal power. You might also like to decorate your bicycle!

Assemble on the Town Hall Square at 13:45 on Sunday May 30th ready to depart at 14:00 to take part in a leisurely paced short ride of around 1 hour in Chester, finishing up at the Groves for an Ice Cream or refreshments.
