Getting Hounslow cycling: ride leader and cycle instructor
Nevin is a ride leader for Cycle Sisters Hounslow and a qualified cycle instructor teaching adults and children to ride bikes. Though she cycled as a child in Trinidad, it wasn’t until she was furloughed during the pandemic that she considered that it might be a career option. She became a qualified ride leader in 2020. Since then, her positivity and encouragement have taught hundreds of people to ride bikes, supported other women to complete huge challenges like Ride London, and she has led countless rides for Cycle Sisters, an ethically diverse group cycle group. She says the reward of the smiles from their miles is nothing short of pure joy.
