Jo Rigby is Wandsworth Labour Active Travel & Transport Cabinet Speaker, a vocal advocate for cycling and addressing climate change. She returned to cycling when elected councillor as it was the only way to travel to Town Hall without getting two buses. She realised how hostile and intimidating the local roads are for residents who want to cycle, so decided to work towards changing that.
