"There wasn't a reason I started cycling, but I just wanted to get out on my bicycle. I started out on short rides but due to social anxiety I really struggled going along to group rides. I started to go on a few Breeze rides after getting a bit of courage and became addicted!
"In no time I had signed up to the ride leaders course and within 6 months asked to become the area coordinator for Cornwall and Devon. I also became brave enough to go along to my local club, which was really daunting but I managed to do it!
"Cycling really is my happy place, I don't ride for speed or anything serious, all for fun, smiles and cake!"

Imogen Callaway was nominated for the 100 Women in Cycling by Immy Sykes, who said:
"Imogen is full of love and excitement for cycling. I know she works tirelessly for the women she leads on Breeze rides, and is determined to break down barriers of entry for women. Imogen recently produced a massive YouTube video about why women cycle, bringing voices from all over the industry together. I feel Imogen represents a lot of what I aspire to be – a force for good in women's cycling, and a highly visible glimmer of hope for all those within the industry. I know she has been extremely influential in encouraging women who don't necessarily 'fit the stereotype' into the sport, and I am very grateful she continues to put herself out there and try bettering the community."
