Helen has cycled for as long as she can remember, but cycling became a much bigger part of her life when she moved house and found that a bike was the most efficient way of getting to work. Wanting to share her newfound life of freedom and adventure, she set up the West London Breeze group. She is described as a dedicated and inspiring group leader with a caring attitude who puts a lot of work into creating great rides with interesting stops.
“I’m passionate about encouraging all women to get out on their bikes, whether it’s to do their everyday errands, join us on a leisurely ride to explore London, or come for a longer day ride out in the countryside.”
