Ride leader; volunteer for Swindon Cycle Campaign
Since going car free four years ago, Becky travels everywhere by bike, often with a toddler in tow. She is a ride leader for British Cycling’s Let’s Ride programme as well as volunteering for Swindon Cycle Campaign, where she organises events and writes a monthly blog for a local magazine. Working as transport planner, her aim is to make Swindon’s streets more people friendly.
“I’m passionate about empowering people through cycling and as a trained ride leader have been running social confidence-building rides, most recently with my two-year-old co-pilot.”
