Abi rediscovered her love for cycling about ten years ago, transforming it into both a mode of transport and a weekend escape.
Now, she leads social rides through her group, Bikes and Bird Hides, blending cycling with birdwatching to help riders connect deeply with the natural landscape. Abi’s rides have become a form of gentle activism, creating spaces where cyclists can learn, explore, and appreciate the beauty around them.
