Edinburgh, Lothians and Borders Triennial Veterans' Ride
Tri-Vets are longer distance cycle rides for people aged 50 and over. They have been organised by CTC Member Groups since Cycling UK's 50th anniversary in 1928 and take place every three years - hence the official title, the Triennial Veterans' Rides. This year, 2022, is the next scheduled Tri-Vets year and the CTC Edinburgh, Lothians and Borders Group is organising one of the rides for the first time in 9 years (2016 and 2019 were missed) See Cycling UK’s web site for back ground detail.
