About us
The East Anglian Cycling Club is based in Norwich, in the centre of East Anglia. We are active in many aspects of cycling: road, time trials, MTB, Audax, fitness and leisure riding, touring etc.
Members of the East Anglian CC participate in most types of racing including time trials, road racing, cyclo-cross, MTB, grass track, etc. Help and advice is freely given by experienced members to newcomers.
We are proud of our record in women’s cycle racing. We have had two National Champions; three National Team Time Trial champions as well as local and National Record holders.
Members of the EACC get together for informal rides to explore the countryside and coastal areas of Norfolk and Suffolk. Newcomers are always welcome.
Our members take part in Reliability Rides, Audax long distance events of up to 400 km, and even the Lands End to John O’Groats!
Cycle touring at home and abroad is part of our our annual programme. France and Belgium have featured in recent years; but our members have been as far afield as Israel and Uruguay.
